This allows the home or office to be viewed, specific requirements and preferences to be discussed, and any areas needing particular attention to be identified. Everything is clearly understood and agreed before the clean takes place.

How much does a deep clean or end-of-tenancy clean cost?

End of tenancy and deep cleans start from £180. The final price depends on the size and condition of the property. A typical clean takes around 5 hours, but this can vary. After the free viewing a clear quote will be provided.

What is included in a standard clean?

A standard clean includes cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom and kitchen, dusting and wiping all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying bins, cleaning mirrors and glass, and making beds if needed. These can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

No. Products and equipment are brought to every job. If you have preferred eco-friendly, scent-free or allergy-friendly products you would like used, mention this when booking and arrangements can be made.

Do I need to be at home during the clean?

It is entirely up to you. Many clients prefer to be out while the clean is completed, especially for regular cleans. For the first visit a meeting is usual for the complimentary viewing. After that you can decide how future cleans work — key collection, lockbox, or being present.

How are office and business cleans charged?

Office and business cleaning is charged at an hourly rate. Frequency is flexible — weekly, monthly, or however often required. After discussing the size of the premises and what is needed, a clear quote will be provided.
